The franchisor offers prospects the right to independently own and operate a business that provides (a) sauna sessions for relaxation, cleaning or other specialized purposes, including but not limited to chromotherapy, red light therapy and halotherapy, and (b) the health and wellness products they authorize for retail sale from the Business premises, all while operating under their then-current proprietary marks and utilizing their developed system of operations that they license under current form of franchise agreement. They may also offer qualified parties the right to develop multiple franchised Businesses within a defined geographical area and in accordance with a development schedule.

The total investment necessary to open and commence operation of a single franchised business is $224,100 to $398,750, which includes $80.250 to $121,275 that is paid to the franchisor or its affiliate. The total investment necessary to operate multiple businesses under their form of area development agreement depends on the number of franchises they grant you the right to open. By way of example, the total investment necessary to enter into a development agreement for the right to develop three (3) businesses is $279,100 to $453,750, which includes (i) a $95,000 development fee that is paid to the franchisor, and (ii) your total investment to open your initial franchised business.
