As a franchisee, you will either install, repair and replace residential and commercial flat glass and shower enclosures and provide related services and sell related products pursuant to certain standards and specifications (“Home and Business Option”); or install, repair and replace auto glass, and provide related services and sell related products pursuant to certain standards and specifications (“Auto Option”).
Corporate Information
Glass Doctor SPV LLC is a Delaware limited liability company organized on November 13, 2020. They maintain their principal place of business at 1010 North University Parks Drive, Waco, Texas 76707. They do business under the name Glass Doctor SPV LLC and the trade names GLASS
DOCTOR®, GLASS DOCTOR HOME AND BUSINESS™, GLASS DOCTOR AUTO™ or GLASS DOCTOR AUTO GLASS™. Their predecessor and affiliate is Synergistic International LLC, which was organized as a Texas limited liability company on March 15, 2004. They are a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of Neighborly Assetco LLC.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Glass Doctor® franchise ranges from $161,900 to $302,100, if you select the Home and Business Option, or from $164,400 to $317,100 if you select the Auto Option. In each case, this includes the $62,996.50 that must be paid to the franchisor and their affiliate. It does not include fees for additional territory (beyond 300,000 in population), for which we charge $200 per 1,000 population.
