Holiday Hospitality Franchising, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company which was formed on November 3, 1989 (originally under the name “Holiday Inns Franchising, Inc”, which was subsequently changed to “Holiday Hospitality Franchising, Inc.” and then converted from a corporation to a limited liability company). Holiday’s principal business address is Three Ravinia Drive, Suite 100, Atlanta, Georgia 30346. Holiday has offered licenses for Garner™, an IHG Hotel since September 2023 (though its predecessors operated hotel businesses and offered licenses for hotel businesses starting in approximately 1953).

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a typical 83-room new development hotel under the Garner™ brand, excluding land costs and other matters, ranges from $9,114,801 to $14,242,350 (or $109,817 – $171,595 per guest room) or more, including between $113,500 and $149,000 or more that must be paid to Holiday or an affiliate.
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a typical 80-room conversion hotel under the Garner™ brand, excluding land costs and other matters, ranges from $647,001 to $4,163,150 (or $8,088 – $52,039 per guest room)or more (see Item 7), including between $113,500 and $149,000 or more that must be paid to Holiday or an affiliate.
