Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operating a Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh® restaurant ranges from $511,500 to $805,000. This includes $35,000 – $36,000 that must be paid to the franchisor. They also grant qualified parties the right to open and operate multiple Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh® restaurants within a defined geographical area under their form of area development agreement. The total investment necessary to begin operating as a multi-unit owner will vary depending on how many restaurants the franchisor grants you the right to open. By way of example, the total investment to enter into an area development agreement with the franchisor to open three (3) restaurants ranges from $581,500 to $875,000, which includes: (i) a $105,000 development fee that is paid to the franchisor upon execution of your development agreement; and (ii) the initial investment to open and commence operations of the first restaurant you are granted the right to develop within your development area.
