Frios Business franchisees may also offer Frios Pops on a wholesale basis for resale by third parties in the Designated Territory.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Frios Business in a single Designated Territory with a single Approved Vehicle ranges from $66,260 to $172,770. This includes between $17,960 to $23,120 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliate.
The franchisor may offer certain prospective franchisees the right to become a multi-unit developer under the Multi Unit Development Agreement (“MUDA”). As a multi-unit developer, you must purchase a minimum of two Frios Businesses within a specified, non-exclusive Development Territory. In addition to the total investment for the first Frios Business described above, the investment necessary for each additional Frios Businesses under the MUDA is $49,260 to $155,770 plus the Development Fee paid to the franchisor. In addition to the Initial Franchise Fee for the first Frios Business, the Development Fee is $10,000 for each additional Frios Business you agree to open under the MUDA.
