Corporate Information
FIVE STAR PAINTING SPV LLC is a Delaware limited liability company organized on November 13, 2020. They maintain their principal place of business at 1010 North University Parks Drive, Waco, Texas 76707. Their predecessor and affiliate is Five Star Painting LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Predecessor was originally incorporated as a Nevada corporation in 2007 as “Five Star Franchising, Inc.” It changed its name to “Five Star Painting, Inc.” on June 17, 2010. Predecessor was acquired by Dwyer Franchising LLC d/b/a Neighborly in January 2015. On December 31, 2015, Predecessor merged with its direct parent Five Star Painting, Inc., a Delaware corporation, where Predecessor was the surviving company in the merger. Effective January 1, 2016, Predecessor was converted from a Nevada corporation to a Delaware limited liability company. Predecessor offered franchises for the operation of businesses substantially similar to those offered under this Disclosure Document from September 2007 until the closing of the 2021 Securitization Transaction in March 2021.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a FIVE STAR PAINTING® franchise ranges from $77,449.99 – $184,529.99. This includes $47,229.99 that must be paid to the franchisor and its affiliates. It does not include fees for additional territory (beyond 150,000 – 200,000 population), for which they charge $230 per 1,000 population.
