If you sign an Area Development Agreement to develop a number of Centers, you must pay the franchisor a development fee of $50,000 for your first Center, and a non-refundable deposit of $10,000 for each additional Center to be developed. The initial franchise fee for subsequent Centers developed under the Area Development Agreement is $25,000.
