The franchise is to operate a COFFEE HOUSE business under the trade name “ELLA CAFE” The business model offers a five-star coffee experience in an inviting atmosphere with the finest coffee shop experience, which includes the franchisor’s dark-roast premium coffee prepared as americanas, espressos, cold brews, cappuccinos, and lattes, and flavored to order with our custom flavors, teas, merchandise, baked goods, whole bean coffee and other food products such as fresh baked pastries, cookies, paninis, and salads, beverages, proprietary merchandise and other products as the franchisor may designate from time to time.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of an ELLA Coffee House is $288,750 to $797,256. This includes the $40,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate. The total investment necessary to begin operation under a five-unit Multi-Unit Development Agreement (including the first unit) is $349,750 to $862,256. This includes the $100,000 that must be paid to the franchisor. There is 5-unit minimum number of Ella Coffee House units that you are required to develop under the Multi-Unit Development Agreement.
