A traditional Store location is typically an in-line or drive-through location with table seating, offering a selection of designated food, beverage and merchandise items. A Store at a non-traditional location operates principally within another primary business or venue, in conjunction with another business, in institutional settings, or other food service facilities such as kiosks, concessions, food trucks, multi-brand facilities, facilities that are delivery-only or principally take-away where the Egg N Bird Store may offer a full or reduced menu selection.

Investment
The franchisor offers two franchise programs:
- Multiple Stores. The franchisor offers an Area Development Agreement that you must sign if you intend to develop more than one Store within a defined geographical area or a defined category of non-traditional locations within a geographical area. The total estimated investment necessary to begin operation of an Egg N Bird franchise under an Area Development Agreement includes a development fee equal to $39,000 for your first Store plus $18,000 multiplied by the number of additional Stores you commit to open under the Development Agreement.
- Single Store. The total investment necessary to begin operation of an Egg N Bird franchise for a single Store ranges from $510,000.00 to $846,000.00. This includes $45,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate.
