Edible Arrangements, LLC was formed as a Delaware limited liability company on February 28, 2012, under the name Edible Arrangements International, LLC. They were formed as part of an internal corporate restructuring for the sole purpose of merging with Edible Arrangements International, Inc., a Connecticut corporation established on June 30, 2000, to change Edible Arrangements International, Inc. from a Connecticut corporation to a Delaware limited liability company. Edible Arrangements International, Inc. was the franchisor of the “EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS®” franchise system from approximately June 2001 until the March 1, 2012, merger. They formally changed our name to Edible Arrangements, LLC in July 2018. Their principal business address is 980 Hammond Drive, Suite 1000, Atlanta, Georgia 30328.
