The Franchisee will own and operate a casual dining restaurant emphasizing chicken wings, sandwiches, burgers, ribs, appetizers, a variety of specialty flavored wings, and spirits. East Coast Wings Corporation provides services to franchisees including assistance with training, operations, advertising, purchasing and promotional techniques. They currently offer and sell franchises for the right to independently own and operate a full service Restaurant from a traditional location.

Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a full-service Restaurant ranges from $408,368 to $1,232,845, which includes between $52,750 and $59,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates prior to opening.
The franchisor also grants qualified parties that right to open and operate multiple Restaurants within a defined geographical area under their form of area development agreement. The total investment necessary to begin operating as a multi-unit owner will vary depending on how many Restaurants the franchisor grants you the right to
open. By way of example, the total investment to enter into an area development agreement with the franchisor to open three (3) Restaurants ranges from $468,868 to $1,232,845, which includes: (i) an $80,000 development fee that is paid to the franchisor; and (ii) the initial investment to open and commence operations of the first Restaurant you are granted the right to develop within your development area. If you wish to obtain the rights to develop additional units under an area development agreement, your development fee will be increased by the following amount for each additional franchised business the franchisor grants you the right to open and operate: (i) $20,000 at signing of the area development agreement, and (ii) $20,000 at the earlier of (a) 10 days from the date you sign a lease or Franchise Agreement for that additional franchised business, or (b) 90 days prior to the scheduled opening date for that additional franchised business.
