Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Crumbl® franchise is $460,166 to $1,266,333. This includes the $246,000 to $265,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates.
To reserve a territory for multi-unit development, the up-front fee is an amount equal to $50,000 multiplied by the number of franchise units to be developed. The minimum number of franchise units required to be developed under the area development agreement is 3 and any additional units will be determined by the franchisor on a case-by-case basis. The total investment necessary to reserve territories for 3 Crumbl® franchises businesses under the area development agreement is $150,000. This includes the $150,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates to reserve such 3 territories.
