principal business address is 201 Gibraltar Road, Horsham, Pennsylvania 19044. On March 31, 2004, Cottman became a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Driveline Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation. ADS is Cottman’s direct parent company and has the same principal business address as Cottman.
