(“CFSP”) offers franchises to operate a business that constructs or resurfaces (coats, repairs, paints, stripes, and installs new netting, poles, or anything that is required to make a court comply with standard regulations) a court for sports, including, but not limited to, basketball, pickleball, or tennis designed by CFSP under the trade name Cortz.

Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Cortz Outlet is between $100,122 and $199,842. This includes $50,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate(s).
If you want to obtain Development rights to open and operate multiple Cortz Outlets, you will pay an Initial Franchise Fee of $50,000 for your first outlet plus a discounted Franchise Fee of $40,000 for each additional outlet that you agree to open (minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 additional outlet is required). You will pay these fees (the MUD Fee) at the same time you sign the Initial Franchise Agreement and the MUD Agreement. The total estimated initial investment under a Multi-Unit Development Agreement for two (2) or five (5) units, including the costs to equip the first Outlet is between $140,122 to $359,842. This includes between $90,000 and $210,000 that must be paid to the franchisor and/or its affiliates.
