Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a CLUB CAT franchise ranges from $302,660 to $439,265. This includes $35,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate. If you are acquiring the right to open two or more locations under our development agreement, instead of paying the franchisor the $35,000 initial franchise fee for one location you will pay to us, as a development fee, 100% of the initial franchise fee for each Hotel you commit to develop, including $25,000 for your first Hotel and then $20,000 each for your second and subsequent Hotels.
