Buffalo Wild Wings International, Inc. is an Ohio corporation incorporated on May 21, 1990, under the name bw-3 Franchise Systems, Inc. They changed their name to Buffalo Wild Wings International, Inc. on March 26, 2001.  Their principal place of business is at 1155 Perimeter Center West, Suite 1200, Atlanta, Georgia 30338. They began offering franchises in the United States in April 1991 under the name “bw-3” and “Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck.” In 1997 they began a conversion of the system from “bw-3” to BUFFALO WILD WINGS®.


Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a BUFFALO WILD WINGS® Restaurant is from $2,636,200 to $3,750,700 for a new free standing location of approximately 4,000 to 7,000 square feet (not including land, site work and demolition); from $1,997,700 to $3,317,700 for a non-free standing location or conversion of an existing free standing building of approximately 4,000 to 7,000 square feet. This includes $25,000 to $52,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate.
