This disclosure document is for the right to own and operate a single unit franchise in which you will be responsible for operating a Bubbles® Franchised Business which offers cold pressed juices, fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies, bubble teas, alcoholic beverages, protein bars, other beverages and snack items to the general public at a specific location under the word mark “Bubbles®” and such other trademarks that the franchisor authorizes.

Bubbles Franchise LLC is an Ohio Limited Liability Company formed on February 16, 2018. Their principal office is located at 715 Hadley Dr. Columbus, OH 43228. They first began offering unit franchises in November 2021.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a new Bubbles® Unit Franchise is $150,250 to $392,500. This amount includes $30,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate.
