Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a new BrewDog BrewPub is $1,377,000 to $5,150,000. This includes $60,000 to $65,000 that must be paid to the franchisor.
If you want development rights, you must pay the franchisor a development fee for all of the BrewDog BrewPubs you agree to develop (the amount depends on the number of BrewDog BrewPubs to which you commit). The total investment necessary to begin operation if you acquire development rights (for a minimum of two BrewDog BrewPubs) is $1,452,000 to $5,225,000, which includes the cost of developing the first BrewDog BrewPub. This includes $85,000 – $90,000 that must be paid to the franchisor.
