Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a BK Lobster Seafood Bar is from $160,620 to $251,300 (not including real property), including $25,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate.
If you enter into an Area Development Agreement to develop four (4) BK Lobster Seafood Bars, you will pay a Development Fee equal to $15,000 for the first BK Lobster Seafood Bar, $15,000 for the second BK Lobster Seafood Bar; fifty percent (50%) of the Initial Franchise Fee (i.e., $12,500) for the third BK Lobster Seafood Bar; and fifty percent of the Initial Franchise Fee (i.e., $12,500) for the fourth BK Lobster Seafood Bar. The total investment necessary is from $33,000 to $65,000 (plus the total investment necessary to begin operation of each BK Lobster Seafood Bar). This includes $30,000 to $55,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate.
