They operate: as a membership association and licensor under Best Western Identifying Marks (defined below), including, without limitation, the “Best Western®”, “Best Western Plus®”, “Best Western Premier®”, “@Home by Best Western®”, “Vīb®”, “GLō®”, “Aiden®”, and “Sadie®” names; and as a licensor under the “BW Premier Collection®” and “BW Signature Collection®” names (collectively, the “Collection Marks”), and under no other name. While they began granting membership interests in their nonprofit corporation and offering licenses for System Hotels under this franchise disclosure document for the first time in March, 2019, their members have operated System Hotels in the United States (to include its territories and possessions) since on or about 1946.
