Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operating a BARBERITOS® restaurant ranges from $521,000 – $830,360. This includes $35,000 to $36,000 that must be paid to the franchisor. The franchisor also grants qualified parties the right to open and operate multiple BARBERITOS® restaurants within a defined geographical area under their form of area development agreement. The total investment necessary to begin operating as a multi-unit owner will vary depending on how many restaurants the franchisor grants you the right to open. By way of example, the total investment to enter into an area development agreement with the franchisor to open three (3) restaurants ranges from $591,000 to $900,360, which includes: (i) a $105,000 development fee that is paid to the franchisor upon execution of your development agreement; and (ii) the initial investment to open and commence operations of the first restaurant you are granted the right to develop within your development area.
