They offer the following franchise programs:
Traditional Restaurant Program. Under the Traditional Restaurant Program, you will sign a Franchise Agreement to operate a traditional, Baja Fresh® restaurant. The total investment necessary to begin operations of a traditional Baja Fresh® restaurant ranges from approximately $428,560 to $1,012,290. This includes $22,000 to $42,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate.
Non-Traditional Restaurant Program. Under the Non-Traditional Restaurant Program, you will operate a Baja Fresh® “Non-Traditional Restaurant” at a captive market location. The total investment necessary to begin operations of a single Baja Fresh® Non-Traditional Restaurant at a captive market location ranges from approximately $224,950 to $777,200. This includes $13,000 to $23,500 for each Baja Fresh® Non-Traditional Restaurant that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate.
