name “Holiday Inns Franchising, Inc”, which was subsequently changed to “Holiday Hospitality Franchising, Inc.” and then converted from a corporation to a limited liability company). Holiday’s principal business address is Three Ravinia Drive, Suite 100, Atlanta, Georgia 30346. Holiday began offering Atwell Suites® licenses in September 2019 (though its predecessors operated hotel businesses and offered licenses for various hotel businesses starting in approximately 1953).

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a typical 104-room Atwell Suites® hotel, excluding land costs and other matters, ranges from $12,902,459 to $19,344,505 ($124,062 to $185,605 per guest room) or more, including between $142,000 and $167,500 or more that must be paid to
Holiday or an affiliate.
