ARCpoint Franchise Group, LLC was organized as a South Carolina limited liability company on February 11, 2005. Their principal business address is 101 North Main Street, Suite 301, Greenville, South Carolina 29601. From July 2005 until January 2010, they offered franchises under the “AccuDiagnostics” name and mark that offered drug, alcohol, and paternity DNA testing. Since January 2010, they have only offered franchises under the “ARCpoint” name.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin the operation of one ARCpoint Labs Business ranges from $198,800 to $379,720, including $99,100 to $125,500 which must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates.
You may be eligible to develop more than one ARCpoint Labs Businesses by entering into multiple franchise agreements at the same time, accompanied by a Multi-Franchise Addendum. Assuming you enter into between two and five franchise agreements accompanied by a Multi-Franchise Addendum, you will be required to pay the franchisor an initial franchise fee for each ARCpoint Labs Business at the time you enter into the Multi-Franchise Addendum that is equal to $54,500 for your first ARCpoint Labs Business, with a discount of $5,000 applied to each ARCpoint Labs Business after that until your fourth ARCpoint Labs Business. For example, if you sign five franchise agreements in conjunction with a Multi-Franchise Addendum, you
will pay an initial franchise fee of $54,500 for the first business, $49,500 for the second business, $44,500 for the third business, (iv) $39,500 for the fourth business and $39,500 for the fifth business.
