Aire Serv SPV LLC is a Delaware limited liability company organized on November 13, 2020. They maintain our principal place of business at 1010 North University Parks Drive, Waco, Texas 76707. Their predecessor and affiliate is Aire Serv LLC, which was originally incorporated as a Texas
corporation on December 2, 1992 and subsequently converted to a Texas limited liability company on December 31, 2011. Predecessor offered franchises for the operation of Aire Serv businesses since its organization in 1992 until the closing of the 2021 Securitization Transaction in March 2021. They are a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of Neighborly Assetco LLC.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of an Aire Serv® franchise ranges from $90,600 to $219,400. This includes $44,250 that must be paid to the franchisor and our affiliate. It does not include fees for additional territory (beyond the minimum 100,000), for which we charge $430 per 1,000 population.
