Ace Sushi (Non-Traditional) FDD – Franchise Information, Costs and Fees

Ace Sushi Franchise Corporation grants franchises for the operation of Sushi Bar departments in grocery stores, supermarkets and other locations under the trade name “ACE SUSHI” which will offer fresh, healthy, high quality, raw and cooked sushi and other related Asian fusion food products for sale at competitive prices for eat-and-go and carry-out consumption. Under the Non-Traditional program, you will sign a Franchise Agreement to operate an Ace Sushi franchise on a university or college campus or inside a hospital (a “Non-Traditional Host Venue”). Under the Non-Traditional Program, you may have a single stand-alone Ace Sushi Bar, or you may prepare sushi and related food products from your Ace Sushi Bar or a central kitchen facility at the Host Venue which are delivered to locations throughout the campus or hospital (each a “Satellite Location”).

Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operations of a franchise at a Non-Traditional Venue ranges from:
(i) $18,275 to $124,375 for a Main Sushi Bar;
(ii) $19,775 to $129,375 for a Main Sushi Bar with a Satellite Location; or
(iii) $20,775 to $229,375 if you purchase an existing Ace Sushi Bar from the franchisor.
These amounts include:
(i) $12,575 to $107,475, which must be paid to the Franchisor or an affiliate for a Main Sushi Bar;
(ii) $14,075 to $112,475, which must be paid to the Franchisor or an affiliate for a Main Sushi Bar with a Satellite Location; or
(iii) $15,075 to $212,475, which must be paid to the Franchisor or an affiliate if you purchase an existing Ace Sushi Bar from the franchisor.
