Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a new 7 BREW Store franchise is $503,800 to $1,122,500 (not including real estate costs). This includes $40,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate. If you want development rights, you must pay us a development fee equal to $40,000 (the initial franchise fee for the first Store) plus a deposit of $25,000 of the initial franchise fee (which is $35,000) for each additional Store you commit to develop.
