They began informal (pre-incorporation) offering of franchises in the United States as of January 1, 2010, and formal offering of them in the US as of their inception, March 16, 2010.
Investment
The total initial investment necessary to begin operation of a 30 MINUTE HIT® Gym unit franchise ranges from $123,150 to $325,500. This includes $76,000 to $79,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates.
We offer qualified individuals the right to own and operating between two and three Gyms in a designated development area by entering into an Area Development Agreement. The total initial investment necessary to begin operating under the ADA ranges from $163,150 (for the development of two
Gyms) to $400,500 (for the development of three Gyms). This includes initial fees ranging from $78,150 (for the development of two gyms) to $280,500 (for the development of three gyms) that must be paid to the franchisor or thei affiliate.
