We were formed as a California corporation on October 30, 2009. Our principal business address is 30821 Seminole Place, Laguna Niguel, California 92677. We operate under our corporate name and the marks described in Item 13 and no other name. We grant franchises for Salons operating under the “18/8®” name and other Marks.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation is $195,651 to $232,089 for a single 18/8 Salon developed at a newly-constructed location, and $250,651 to $437,089 for the first Salon developed as part of a 3-Pak, 6-Pak, or 10-Pak. These figures include $59,700 to $71,900 (for a single Salon) or $114,700 to $276,900 (for a multi-Pak Development Rights Rider) that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate.
