The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Multi –Unit for RNR Tire Express at a minimum of three units is $784,061 to $1,767,775. This includes $125,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate. The franchisor may also offer a multi-unit development agreement to an individual or company that agrees to develop at least three RNR Tire Express stores in a specific geographic area. A multi-unit developer will pay a development fee that is equal to 100% of the franchise fee for the each store to be developed, The total investment necessary under the multi-unit development agreement will vary depending on the number of stores to be developed.
