You will operate a business that rents cars under the “Thrifty®” and “Thrifty Car Rental®” name within a designated territory. Under certain circumstances, you may be offered the opportunity to enter into a Multiple Brand Franchising Addendum to operate additional car rental businesses under other brands.

Thrifty Rent-A-Car System, LLC is an Oklahoma limited liability company. They were previously known as Thrifty Rent-A-Car System, Inc., an
entity that was formed on February 20, 1950; they converted to a limited liability company on June 22, 2016. They conduct our business under the names “Thrifty” and “Thrifty Car Rental,” and maintain their principal place of business at 8501 Williams Road, Estero, Florida 33928. They, themselves or through their affiliates, have offered franchises for Thrifty Businesses of the type to be operated by you continuously since 1962
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Thrifty® Business (excluding real estate) is $564,300 to $12,539,000. For new franchisees, this includes $25,000 to $100,000 that must be paid to the Franchisor or its affiliates. For any franchisee that is purchasing from the Parent or its affiliates the assets of certain existing car renting business locations, the investment may include a franchise fee of several hundred thousand dollars or more that must be paid to the Franchisor or its affiliates.
