You will operate a Sparkle Wash International Cleaning Service, a mobile, self-contained, power cleaning, restoration and preservation system for commercial, residential and industrial use. The Franchised Business will offer services for mobile power pressure cleaning, restoration, preservation, painting and stationary washing. In the mobile power cleaning business, you will use the Sparkle Wash system of pressure sprays and cleaning solutions to clean surfaces of buildings, houses, trucks, and any other structure or equipment in which the mobile Sparkle Wash unit is applicable.

Sparkle International, Inc. was founded in 1965 and incorporated in the State of Ohio in 1967. They maintain our principal business address at 7599 First Place, Oakwood, Ohio 44146. Sparkle International, Inc. used to be called Sparkle Wash, Inc. The name was changed on February 3, 1989. Despite this name change, they still use the trademark “Sparkle Wash.”Since their incorporation, they have offered franchises for the establishment of mobile power cleaning units.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Sparkle International franchise is $77,950 (trailer mounted) – $103,950 (van mounted) for an exclusive franchise and $82,950.00 (trailer mounted)-$108,950.00 (van mounted) for a non-exclusive franchise. The total amount payable to the franchisor and/or its affiliates is $63,450 (trailer mounted) – $91,450 (van mounted). This includes the $20,000.00 franchise fee and the $43,450 (trailer mounted) – $71,450 (van mounted) equipment cost that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate.
