Type of Business
As a franchisee, you will perform water restoration services, fire restoration services, smoke and odor cleanup, hard surface, carpet and upholstery cleaning, reconstruction, mold remediation services, and other related restoration and cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. You may perform air duct cleaning services if you purchase the optional air duct equipment and training.
Corporate Information
Rainbow International SPV LLC is a Delaware limited liability company organized on November 13, 2020. They maintain their principal place of business at 1010 North University Parks Drive, Waco, Texas 76707. Their predecessor and affiliate is Rainbow International LLC, which was originally incorporated in Texas on December 19, 1980 and subsequently converted to Texas limited liability company on December 31, 2011.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Rainbow Restoration® franchise ranges from $169,336 to $325,900. This includes $40,000 that must be paid to the franchisor and their affiliate. It does not include fees for additional territory (beyond the minimum 100,000), for which the franchisor charges $400 per 1,000 population.
