The franchisee will own and operate a center or centers that specializes in providing Multiwave Locked System (MLS) laser therapy for the treatment of pain through licensed medical professionals under the name OrthoLazer®. They offer two programs: the right to own and operate a single OrthoLazer Center under the terms of the franchise agreement and the right to develop multiple OrthoLazer Centers (a minimum of four) within a defined geographic area that you must open by the deadlines that the franchisor and you mutually agree upon under the terms of the area development agreement with each OrthoLazer Center that you open operated under the terms of a franchise agreement.
