You and the franchisor may also enter into an area development agreement under which you must commit to developing at least three Lindora clinics. The total investment necessary to enter into an area development agreement for the right to develop three Clinics ranges from $347,350 to $566,750, which includes (a) the total investment necessary to begin operation of your initial Clinic, less the initial franchise fee, and (b) a development fee of $135,000 which must be paid to the franchisor and its affiliates.
