As a franchisee, you will establish and operate a business, that offers lawn care and maintenance services through the application of fertilizer and other products, perimeter pest control services, and performance of related services including fungus and other disease control and prevention, grub treatments, aeration, lawn overseeding, lawn weed control, mole and vole control, tree and shrub feeding, and insect and disease control (but specifically excluding mosquito or other flying pest, tick and flea control services), to both residential and commercial customers, pursuant to certain standards and specifications, using the trade name “Lawn Pride®.”

Lawn Pride SPV LLC is a Delaware limited liability company organized on December 1, 2022. They maintain their principal place of business at 1010 N. University Parks Drive, Waco, Texas 76707. They started franchising in January 2023. They are a direct, wholly-owned subsidiary of Neighborly Assetco LLC, 1010 North University Parks Drive Waco, Texas 76707.
