If you sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement, then you will incur these expenses for every L.A. Bikini Studio you agree to open. In addition, you will pay an Initial Franchise Fee at the time of signing the Multi-Unit Development Agreement that equals the sum of $49,500 (the Initial Franchise Fee for the first Studio you agree to develop) and $30,000 times the additional number of Studios that you agree to develop. This amount includes $79,500 ($49,500 + $30,000) that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate. If, for example, you sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement to open a total of five Studios, then the total investment necessary to begin operation of the first Studio ranges from $411,150 to $522,000. This amount includes $169,500 ($49,500 + $120,000) that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate. The franchisor does not charge a Development Fee.
