Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of Jollibee® restaurant ranges from $1,878,406 to $3,677,248 for a free-standing restaurant, and $1,338,020 to $2,000,927 for an in-line restaurant. These estimates include $41,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates.
The franchisor also offers the right to acquire franchises to develop multiple Jollibee® restaurants. If they grant you a multi-unit development business, the development fee that you must pay the franchisor will depend on the number of restaurants you agree to develop. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a multi-unit development business with a 3-5 restaurant commitment ranges from $62,500 to $106,000. This includes $60,000 to $100,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates. The estimated initial investment for a multi-unit development business does not include the cost of developing each restaurant required to meet the commitment under the multi-unit development agreement.
