Under the bushi by JINYA Program, you will sign a Franchise Agreement to operate a 400 to 800 square foot fast casual bushi by JINYA (a “bushi by JINYA”). The total investment necessary to begin operation of one bushi by JINYA ranges from approximately $470,500 to $1,033,500. This includes $70,000 to $75,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate.
If you sign an Area Development Agreement, the franchisor will grant you a defined area within which you must develop and operate two or more JINYA Ramen Bars. For two Standard JINYA Ramen Bars, the total investment necessary for the Area Development Agreement ranges from approximately $2,791,000 to $6,113,000. This includes $40,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate. The franchisor does not have a maximum number of JINYA Ramen Bars that can be developed under the Area Development Agreement. For two bushi by JINYA locations, the total investment necessary for the Area Development Agreement ranges from approximately $946,000 to $2,077,000. This includes $40,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate. The franchisor does not have a maximum number of bushi by JINYA locations that can be developed under the Area Development Agreement.
