Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Jaggers Restaurant ranges from $2,504,700 to $3,881,500 for a new Restaurant (exclusive of land costs). This includes the $45,000 franchise fee and other amounts payable to the franchisor of approximately $31,000 to $155,000 plus travel, lodging and meals for services provided by their representatives. The development fee is an amount equal to $10,000 times the number of Restaurants to be developed. When you and the franchisor enter into each Franchise Agreement, the franchisor will credit $10,000 against the first installment of the initial franchise fee for the Restaurant. The development fee formula is uniform, but the actual amount of the development fee will vary depending on the number of Restaurants to be developed. There are no minimum number of businesses required to be open under the development agreement.
