From February 2018 until April 2024, they offered and sold franchises utilizing their former principal trademark, “Journey 333.” As of April 2024, they conduct business under their Company name and under the name “IMPACT-X Performance.” Their principal business address is 114 Desmond Street, Sayre, Pennsylvania 18840.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of an IMPACT-X Performance franchise is $213,200 to $445,500. This includes $50,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate. The franchisor offers qualified individuals the right to own and operate multiple Facilities in a designated development area and pursuant to a development schedule by entering into an Area Development Agreement (“ADA”). The total initial investment necessary to begin operating under the ADA will vary depending on the number of Facilities to be opened in your designated development area. The total investment necessary to enter into an ADA for the right to develop three (3) franchised Facilities is $250,700 to $483,000, which includes (i) the development fee (“Development Fee”) amounting to $87,500 that is paid to the franchisor prior to opening, and (ii) the estimated initial investment to begin operation of your initial Facility.
