If the franchisor grants you the right to develop multiple units, the total investment necessary under the Area Development Agreement is estimated to be $50,000 to $125,000 (based on a 2 to 5 restaurant commitment, but depending on the actual number of Eggs Up Grill Restaurants you agree to develop).
