Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Restaurant is $338,500 to $954,000. This includes $30,000 to $40,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates. We also offer qualified parties the right to open and operate multiple Restaurants in accordance with a development schedule the parties agree to under Franchisor’s form of development agreement. The total investment necessary to begin operations under a development agreement will depend on the number of Restaurants we grant you the right to open. The total investment necessary to begin operations under a development agreement for the right to open and operate between two (2) and ten (10) Restaurants ranges from $353,500 to $1,089,000. This includes $45,000 to $165,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates.
